Development Manager and Director since 2017, Keenan has worked within the industry for over 20 years. Keenan first joined the LJ Hooker Project Marketing team in 2006 and since then has continually delivered outstanding results.

His dedication and hard work have seen him personally sell in excess of 1500 properties and as development manager, Keenan has been responsible for selling out over 50 Canberra developments.

Keenan is avid about establishing a collaborative working relationship with developers, which is driven by communication, analytics and extensive industry knowledge in order to maximise results.

This collaborative working style is represented in the way he advises his buyers on all aspects of the development, from initial planning through to settlement, ensuring the process and outcome is favourable for all involved.

James established a successful career in one of Australia’s biggest valuation and property advisory firms, working on residential development valuation, feasibility, and analysis for some of the region’s biggest developers, institutions, and government.

In 2011 James made the switch to Real Estate and never looked back. Immediately finding success in sales, James has forged a great career on the back of strong market knowledge, constant communication and hard work.

With over 600 personal sales and overseeing 1,000 medium to high-density property sales, James has a complete understanding of how to drive sales and revenue to achieve results for all stakeholders in new residential buildings.

David, originally from Singapore, experienced life in Canberra while studying for his degree at ANU. Upon returning to Singapore the memories of Canberra stuck with him and he decided to switch his busy metropolitan life for Canberra’s laid-back style.

Prior to real estate, David worked on the trading desk of a global investment bank, dealing with financial derivatives. He chose to move into real estate because of his own love of property and working directly with clients. Over the past 3 years David has treated his second career as a challenge and continually exceeds expectations, achieving excellent growth.
